While the world is obsessed with numbers and data, I have learned to understand a customer through conversations – across industries and across every kind of objection one can imagine.
And this 12 years of traditional sales experience has taught me the invaluable lesson of what it takes to earn someone’s trust – be it a customer or anyone for that matter.
And…an understanding of what it takes to create one and lose one.
Now I ‘m channelling this same instinct into digital marketing.
Currently enrolled at George Brown Polytechnic in the Digital Media Marketing program – I’ve worked on real client campaigns across Strategic Marketing, Omni-channel strategy, and Social Media Marketing.
I believe digital marketing levels the playing field. Any small business with the right strategy can now compete with established ones.
And I want to help them achieve that. That’s the reason why I made this shift.
